Participants must register before the deadline.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must uphold integrity, fairness, and respect throughout the event.

  • Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behavior will result in disqualification.

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will not be tolerated.

3. Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be original and created during the Codeathon duration.

  • All code must be uploaded to the designated platform before the deadline.

  • Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. Judging Criteria

  • Judging will be based on:

    • Innovation and creativity

    • Functionality and completeness

    • Code quality and documentation

    • Relevance to the theme (if any)

  • The judges’ decision will be final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Participants retain ownership of their submissions.

  • By participating, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive right to use your submission for promotional or showcase purposes with due credit.

6. Disqualification

  • Any violation of the terms may result in immediate disqualification.

  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team or individual at their discretion.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during registration will only be used for the event and related communication.

  • No data will be shared with third parties without consent.
